Executive summary
Results since optimisation started, Green Mark standing, comfort and items that need attention. Built for presenting.
Results
Energy & savings, system efficiency and carbon — the evidence behind the summary.
Operations
Live AI setpoints for the chiller plant and air-handling units, indoor air quality, and faults. Built for the operations team.
Insights
Comparisons beyond the Green Mark figures: occupancy against fan speed and energy, unit against unit, air-handling units against the chiller plant, and efficiency against weather.
Present

Colours
Green
Within target or limit.
Amber
Needs watching or planning.
Red
Action needed now.
Coloured dots
Green Mark section the card supports: Energy Effectiveness, Intelligence, Health & Wellbeing, Maintainability, Resilience, Whole Life Carbon.
Terms
kW/RT
Electricity used per refrigeration tonne of cooling. Lower is better.
Total system efficiency
Chiller plant efficiency + air distribution efficiency, in kW/RT, from annual energy over annual cooling. Compared against Green Mark limits.
EE50 · EE55 · SLE60 · SLE70
Green Mark energy tiers: EE50 = GoldPLUS, EE55 = Platinum, SLE60 and SLE70 = Super Low Energy. Each has an EUI and a total system efficiency limit for the building type.
Minimum (kW/RT)
Green Mark's highest allowed total system efficiency for an existing building, 0.90 kW/RT. The tiers need lower values.
ACMV
Air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation: the chiller plant plus air distribution.
Chiller plant
Chillers, chilled-water (CHW) and condenser-water (CDW) pumps, and cooling towers (CT).
Air distribution
Air-handling units (AHU), pre-cooled air units (PAU) and fan coil units (FCU).
RT / RTh
Refrigeration tonne (cooling rate) / refrigeration tonne-hour (cooling delivered).
Adjusted baseline
Energy the system would have used without optimisation, adjusted for weather and load.
EUI
Energy use intensity — building energy per m² of floor area per year.
Outdoor air (OA)
Fresh air supplied for ventilation, compared with the code minimum.
ΔP
Pressure drop across a filter. Rising ΔP means the filter is loading up.
MTBF / MTTR
Mean time between failures / mean time to repair.
Heat balance
Check that the plant's measured cooling, heat rejected and power add up — confirms the meters are accurate.
